Handling Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method, and are calculated from the time your order ships—not when it's placed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within the continental United States.
- We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
